Our collection and drop-off times are between 9.00am-12.00pm and 4.00pm-7.00pm daily.

We are closed between the hours of 12.00pm-4.00pm daily.

When making inquiries, please give the date of arrival (morning/evening) and the date of collection (morning/evening),  the breed of dog/cat, gender and vaccination status of the dog/cat, and whether or not it is neutered/spayed. Thank you for your cooperation.
